Scientific stay at the Africa Museum

We were pleased to host at the AfricaMuseum for two months two scientists from our partners institutions: Ashiraf Kamya (National Fisheries Resources Research Institute, Uganda) and Alimasi Wilondja (Institut Supérieur Pédagogique de Bukavu, Democratic Republic of the Congo). They received additional training in taxonomy of fishes using the rich collection of the Museum. They carried out taxonomic work on focal case studies relevant to the project (catfishes from the genera Amphilius and Bagrus).
